How long does the cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms, frequency, the home's condition, pets and any special requirements. That's why we provide a quote only after getting a clear picture of the home.
Can I use my own cleaning products?
Yes. You can provide your own products and equipment, in which case you're primarily paying for the cleaning work itself. We also ask whether a functioning vacuum cleaner is available.
How does the RUT tax deduction work?
You may be able to deduct up to 50% of the eligible labour cost through the RUT scheme, provided you meet the conditions. The deduction applies to the labour cost — not materials or other ineligible costs. Read more about the RUT deduction
Do I need to mention pets?
Yes, please. Hair and other factors can affect the time needed. The information helps us plan correctly and establish a smooth routine.
Does the service include deep cleaning or window cleaning?
No, not as standard. The service covers recurring home cleaning. Any additional tasks would need to be assessed and agreed separately.
